unstructured canvas blazerPresented here a black, unstructured blazer by cult Japanese streetwear brand, NEIGHBORHOOD TECHNICAL APPAREL. Produced in 2003, the jacket is made from a slightly stiff cotton canvas, in a washed black colour. It has a three button front, medium width notch lapels, and unusual, angled patch pockets either side of the waist. Also of note are black plastic buttons bearing the text "NH3204" and a small, subtle "NEIGHBORHOOD" tab at the left side seam.
